Cancellation Policy

Private Behavioural Consultation Booking Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients, please read the following booking policy carefully. Bookings & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation. We ask that private consultations are booked a week in advance. Consultation fees cover the scheduled appointment time, trainer preparation, and any supporting resources provided following the consult. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full consultation fee being forfeited. Arrival & Punctuality Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation. Late arrivals may reduce the available consultation time to avoid impacting following appointments. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Dog Health & Welfare Dogs attending consultations must be in good health and free from contagious illness. Dogs displaying symptoms including coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, or other signs of illness must not attend the appointment. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is either up to date with vaccinations or protected via current titre testing where applicable. Safety Requirements Dogs must arrive on a secure lead and wearing an appropriately fitted flat collar or harness unless otherwise advised by your trainer. Clients are responsible for disclosing any history of aggression, bite incidents, severe anxiety, or other behavioural concerns prior to the consultation. This allows us to prepare and maintain a safe environment for everyone involved. Trainers reserve the right to end or modify a consultation if unsafe behaviour presents a risk to people or animals. Children & Additional Attendees Children attending consultations must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Additional attendees are welcome where appropriate, however please notify us prior to the appointment. Respect for Trainers & Venues We ask that all clients treat trainers, venues, equipment with respect at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and ensuring the training environment is left clean & tidy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to helping you and your dog succeed together.
